Beginners Adult Ballet is on Fridays 12:15pm in Bradford on Avon. Ballet is a great way to develop balance, posture and co-ordination, as well as being a lovely way to develop fitness and meet new friends. We’ll be using a Ballet barre to try different basic Ballet actions before trying them out travelling around the room. We’ll even have a go at doing our own version of well known Ballets! Everyone is welcome in our sessions; no previous experience or ballet kit is required to start. To book a trial session, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
In the Autumn term, we created our own version of the Swanhilde Waltz from Coppelia. We try a new dance every term!
