Ballet is a great way to develop balance, posture and co-ordination, as well as being a lovely way to develop fitness and meet new friends. We’ll even have a go at doing our own version of well known Ballets! Everyone is welcome in our sessions; no previous experience or ballet kit is required to start. We will be dancing in the centre of the room spaced out trying different exercises all set to beautiful music. For those who would like a barre to aid their balance, these can be requested and will be cleaned before and after use. With each exercise in class, different options will be given so that if you have had to limit your exercise over lockdown, we can gently help get back your fitness and equally if you have been able to get out and about, we can challenge you too! We’ll be dancing in our own socially distanced bubbles and to see an example of what we do, please find a video below of our end of term Autumn dance.
Currently our Adult Classes are on Zoom on Tuesday (11am) and Friday (12 noon). We hope to recommence in person classes from Tuesday 18th May and await the Government Announcement nearer the time to confirm this will go ahead. To book a trial session, please email email@example.com.
